The veggie patch is surrounded first by espaliered apple trees around 400 mm high, then box hedges with bright flowers of all descriptions then the box hedge vegetable gardens filled with the most perfect and beautifully maintained vegetables we have ever seen. The colours of the vegetables grown is just stunning and the patterns created are just amazing.
