Arrived into Las Vegas safe and sound. The flight was smooth. Food was very good but entertainment was rubbish. Quantas still rules in my opinion!!!!

Had a bit of a blonde moment in duty free. I forgot my watch so decided to buy another. I was due to board my plane at that moment so was rushing a bit. Told the sales assistant which one I wanted thinking he would pick the right one. He did not and I have ended up with a mens black casio watch !!! Dumbo!

Weather is sooooo hot!!!! Over 100c. Grabbed a taxi to my hotel Circus Circus. Which is fab!! There is an adventuredrome in the hotel, with a rollercoaster, log flume and a playstation sort of a ride being the highlights!!!

Did my first bit of gambling and won $80 dollars - not bad for a gambling virgin!!

What has struck me is the number of wedding chapels in Las Vegas I saw on the way from te airport and the number of brides and grooms I have seen already.  2 couples on my plane alone were getting married this weekend. 

Could not keep my eyes open for much longer so went to bed at 7pm !!!
