Day 11

Today we went to the Hong islands on a long tail boat.

It was an early start at 8am so we were very tired on the boat there but as soon as we got to our first destination of Hong island we were wide awake, it is beautiful. We had the opportunity to snorkle aswel here, which was fantastic there were some amazing fish and even some baby barracuda, but I was more scared of seeing a Jelly Fish eeeek.

After this we went to Hong Lagoon which is just a little cove with no beach but just mountains with mangrove growing all up them, beautiful.

We had a Thai tour guide who was rather amusing with his sense of humour :)

Next was 'Paradise island' known locally as Lading island, which seems rather derelict, but was so lovey and small and the water was very clear, we were advised at the hotel to take some bread to feed the fish, so we did and here at Paradise island is where we did it, it was amazing some were so big and the water was so deep but they came to the surface when you threw some bread in. We loved it :) however there were more barracuda, and the thing is they swim at the surface of the water so I was forever trying to get my feet of the floor but that did not make a difference for the barracuda as they were coming straight for us :(

Then we went to Pakbia Island which was just sight seeing on the boat, and there was a cave in the side of the cliff which people still lived in, it was fantastic, they even waved at us :)

Finally we went to Rai Island, which had a long strip of beach connecting the islands and the sea here was very deep it just dropped straight to deep bit which was brilliant for me to go swimming.

On our way home we were shattered, its hard work clambering on and off the long boat and chilling out in the sun all day!!!!!

Due to us being so tired we decided to chill out tomorrow and just go to the beach and catch some rays :)
