Day out to Green Island!

Woke up with fab weather - much changed from last few days! Its sun in the early morning at 8am! Walk down to ferry terminal as they take us to Green Island.

Ferry supply us with snorkerling gears, mask and flipper also demostration us how to wear correct snorkeling. One women who work there was so lovely and helpful as we made friend wit her also she gave us tips to which best way to snorkeling to visble tropical fishes etc.

Ferry took us around 1hrs and 15mins to get there, once we arrive at Green Island, we decide to walk around island with beach along around island. Its so beautiful to walk around island as took us about 20mins to complete around of island.

We all got snorkeling gears on and went down under reef but somehow my snorkeling dont get right and cause me swallow salt sea and I managed gt out from reef and figure it out then I decide try again go down again but still same so I gave up and swimming back to island with Charlene as she gt cut on her shin from coral, so went to first aid wit her to make sure she's fine.

Finally shes got all clear up and back to beach to have chill out and sunbathing! Asher, Sara and Ashley still under reef until Sara/Asher tried get me to back in reef as they found out that I got wrong snorkelling angle! So I got back under reef again and its figure all out and without cause problem!

Snorkeling under reef was so brilliant and amazing as saw many of tropical fishes and saw stingray and rare turtle swimming under me! all of that was so amazing! Felt so good to swim under great barrier reef!

Got back to ferry depart for Cairns, Ashleigh the tour guide was so lovely and carry on wit our convo on way back to Cairns! With hot weather!

Went back to hostel to collect stuffs for bbq front of lagoon! It was so good night!
