It seems that altitude sickness tablets try to drain your body of water, as Harry, Rach & I found out from our 4am wee-lay race! With our Windlesham boys (Harry, Craig & Ross) & the other English guys we'd met in La Serena (Cal, Dean & Hailey), we hired bikes & 3 boards & cycled to the sand dunes to go sand boarding.
