Left beautiful Robe today and headed to Murray Bridge. Last night the wind really picked up and we had a mad dash outside to bring in towels and put down the awning. Then woke to rain so, headed off into sunshine here in Murray Bridge. A lot of salt plains along the way and stopped at lake Albert, Menegie but unfortunately the lake wasn't shining pink in colour today. What a beautiful day we've had in Robe. Dan went for his morning walk on the beach today and when he got back we went for more of a wander down the main street of Robe. Had brunch at one of the local cafes and chatted with another couple who had a supreme 19ft van from VIC. Then I went for a lovely peaceful massage Aarrhhh bliss. In SA there are no permits needed and anyone can drive on the beach and because the sand is so hard people with falcons, little mazdas ...

Arrived at Robe mid morning to a beautiful SA coastline. Fish n Chips was the order of the day for lunch then once camp set up we headed across the road for a swim. Took an afternoon drive around the town and had ice creams on the way back to our little home.

Took a drive, only half hour from Mt Gambier and your in the SA coast line at Port Macdinnell. Really clear water on the spectacular limestone coast

A bit of a cooler day today and we took a walk to Blue Lake around half of it. Then went to the sunken garden and cave garden. Umpherston Sinkhole - the sunken garden was very impressive from the top and then once down inside. Cave garden was great and in winter the waterfall flows. It's located dead centre in town under the bank!
