Margie Cox Could you please give this message to Hannah Cox Hannah we talked to Telus and they gave us some instructions for you to try to get your phone/text to work go to Menu go to Setting go to Wireless & Network subheadings appear go to Airplane mode check Mobile Network Click Mobile Networks (make sure Networks not network) then Network Operators Search Network a list of Local Networks will appear select the Network that best fits the area you are in ie Spain if it does not work try another Network until you hit the one that does work. Barry Stewart Hi Dave, I'm Julia's dad. We know you all arrived in Madris, but we'd asked Julia to call home or send an e-mail/text when she got there. She has an iPhone with travel pack so there should be no problem. We've not heard from her, can you please check with her to see if there's a technical issue?
