From Africa to Dubai, on my way to Australia...what a difference! Africa is inexpensive, Dubai full of consumerism ++, and Perth, Australia recently voted the most expensive city to live in due to boom in mineral and iron ore sales to China. However, I am glad to be in the land of English again, although, maybe not...I can understand everything I hear now!
