My sister and I are bouncing up and down the walls with excitement as Mommom knocks on the door. My sister opens the door happily and exclaims happily, "Hi." Mommom links hands with us and leads us outside to start the day. First, we want to the Church of the Snow Lady. This Church is an incomplete-complete church. It is called this because it was meant to be the biggest church in Prague, but was not able to be completed, because of war. However, a building of the church was complete and was able to be used for prayer. Since it was never completed it is unusual church, because it is taller than it is wide.
Next we visited the national museum. This museum contains over ten million items relating to natural history, history, science, and art. However, we did not enter, because of tight time.
Next, we went to Wenceslas Square. On the square we saw a statue of Wenceslas, the good king, on his horse above four saints.
We next traveled to Charles square. It was originally called The Cattle Market, because people sold there herds there. It has now been made into parks and stone ponds and is now considered attractive.
We followed this up by going to this amazing tree. We climbed up this tree and we got hundreds of pictures.
Then we saw a church with an amazing story . The SS was one of the worst Nazi organization during WWII. Seven men against the Nazis parachuted into the church, the Nazis current office, and killed the second most important leader of that organization. The seven men then separated. Two died in a fire-fight. The amount of Nazis killed in the fire-fight is unknown.
We next were caught in awe with the dancing house. It was given the name, because it looks as if a men (Fred) and a women (Ginger) dancing.
Then, it was off to a zoo. We saw a bunch of amazing monkeys. They were playing like crazy. One monkey looked like it was posing, so my sister said, "I can do that." The monkey than switched it's pose as if challenging my sister. Another monkey had a baby hanging on to her. We also saw bats that flew out and one landed on my sister's head. In awe we looked at the tigers and cheetahs. The owls were all eating mice in front of our eyes. We were slightly disapponted with the Polar Bears, because they hadn't waited for my family to finish their swim. They still had us there forever laughing and pointing things out to one anoyher. The most marvelous of all was the wolves. They walked and then laid down repeating the pattern. It was amazing. GO WOLVES.
