old firm day came around so we had to find differant pubs from each other 45 mins apart . im no watchin the game wae that creep . that was our last night out in sydney so we made the most of it , good way to say goodbye to sydney . we got up in the morning and said our goodbyes to the irish and hit the road , destination . batemans bay . never heard of the place but we stayed anyway in a campsite ran by a drunk man who didnt remember wed booked in . left there first thing in the mornin to head to orbost for another campsite , took us half an hour to check in cos the owner claimed to be half scottish half irish and half australlian , good rate though . again left in the morning to get to inverloch to go and meet yet more of diarmaids relations . we stayed in a campsite called mollers which is probly worse than a dogs kennel . the owner had no chin and looked like the big friendly giant . when we tried to find diarmaids cousin we got lost and stalked by dogs . we finally found them and had a few drinks with them in a pub owned by a man from the drum . next mornin we got our free pies (diarmaids cousin worked there ) . melbourne was our next stop . we found a campsite about 45 mins outside by tram . it was a quality site , everythin we needed .just had a relaxin few days by the pool and a good night out in melbourne before we hit the great ocean road (bigget war memorial in the world , hows that for tourism mrs warner ) . stopped off in appollo bay to stay the night before we carried on our journey . the flies in victoria are the most annoying thing ever , they wont leave u alone for a second (maybe we stink ). headed to the 12 apostles in temperatures of 45 degrees , hows the -5degrees back home ? . the 12 apostles are big rocks stickin out the water eroded from the mainland . doesnt sound much but it was amazin . we had a drive back to melbourne , stoppin of at applollo bay and stoppin off to see the koalas , first ones we'd seen in the wild . we had a couple more days in melbourne to relax and have one last night out together in the city . we met some perth glory fans in the pub , they are the biggest weirdos ever , exept emo , that guy could dance . next day we had to take sheila to the car wash , she never looked so good then had to say our emotional goodbyes to the poor girl . we still miss her , her smell and her cockroaches . r.i.p .then it was time to get to the airport and say goodbye to jenna , diarmaid cried , hutchy laughed sooooo hard . next was time to say goodbye to the country and look forward to new zealand where we stay with more people the warners know . we wont leave it so long for pics and blogs next time , maybe .
