Last night had a good noodle dish with chicken and seafood and had a chat with a Dutch gentleman who comes here often for work and had a few tips on the city. Walked around Clarke Quay, the entertainment area. Listened to some bands, ate some tapas, had a few beers. Even at night you csn smell the jungle walking around this city. Drove the car (a Proton?) to the airport to return it at 8am. Check in to my Air Asia flight started at 8 as well, so everything was set up for succes towards the next and final stage of my trip around the world. Small delay but left shortly after 10. Plane wasnt full so i moved to the very back row to have some space and be away from the Asians that love to sniffle, snuffle, burp and fart without any sign of shame... Seems like my shorts have had enough too.. After all these weeks of duty they are falling apart on me.. Two buttons felll off today and holes start to appear.. Not going to throw them away, we are like war buddies now, always side by side. Band of brothers stuff. Come one shorts, one more day!
