Hi Guys, I am trying to locate Dr Shamsudeen as I was also treated by him for panic attacks in Langkawi some 7 years ago. I heard he left there and is somewhere in Europe and would like to locate him to treat a friend of mine who has Cancer. It would be great if you might be able to give me some pointers, even of you new found friend from the Red Tomato. Thanks so much and it really seems that you had a brilliant time. Many thanks, Yasmin

Hi you 2.
Kate & I are back from France having enjoyed a lovely summer there. India looks fantastic. Bet that is a real highlight of your travels.
My family came over for first time and loved it! (Major relief). Lots of progress on the phase 7 house refurbishment and now have 2 bathrooms, 4 beds & a proper front garden area that will not be under 5ft of weeds when we next return. As its the 1st/last house in the village it was an embarrassment to us even if our neighbours didn't mind, so I am most chuffed. We had 40 people over for a barby to celebrate the 'grand opening' of le jardin anglaise and I pretty much filled the bottle bank next day. I visited Southdale for a chat today and Kevin Knott is back there. Was asked if we fancied meeting up for a curry, which sounded fine as its something I personally missed in France until I realised which country you were in! May have to think of something else. How about a Fish & Chips & real ale evening or something really english like a tikka masalla??
Love & best wishes & hope to see you on your return. Mike

Hi you 2. Sad you are hopping off in different directions but at least you will have double the adventures and blogs! Were back in the UK until 22nd July then zooming back to France for 8 weeks as various family members are arriving en masse in August to complete final phases of restoration (if you exclude the rear garden/field, which still looks like a battlefield complete with shell holes & ruins). Keep the journal going and we will pick up your adventures on our return in September unless we hear from you beforehand.
lots of love
Justine
Your blog made me cry. I can't believe you made it to the top of the mountain when you felt so ill. Inspirational.
Lotsa love

Hi, nearly missed the ferry due to late taxi. Had a glimpse of Steve and Maja in Kuala Perlis as we left by bus to KL. The bag is safely in Wales. Found your raincover in one of the pockets. Hope the back is greatly improved. xx

Hi David & Ann. Thanks for the EMail. We are following your progress jealously as its cold and snowy here as you may have gathered. No jobs on horizon but no financial panic either. Kev Knott left last week, so there is about 3-4 of the original crew left, not that I am that a***d in following Southdales fortunes. Planning to go to France in April for phase 5 of our house when weather improves and we have numerous visitors coming over this year including my sis and family, despite her husbands apparent prejudices against the french. He's never been to France by the way, but we pursuaded him to visit the relatives in Italy last year and they had a great time, so is capable of being re-educated. You 2 are obviously doing the right thing. ENJOY!!!!!
