The San Blas Islands are a group of over 300 islands in the carribean. Some of them are inhabited by an indigenous culture called "Kuna", but most of them are untouched and only consist of white sand, coconuts and paml-trees.
With Roger on the same continent we were ready to take on the caribbean seas. On the boat with us, we got a strange mix of people. One couple from down under, one from Holland, an american guy and a german. Slightly overbooked on a nice, but a bit small boat, with a combination of very, very different people turned out to be a great combo. Sailing around in the picturesque surroundings for three days, just eating tuna, lobster, shellfish and rice, playing around on the beach and snorkling with barracudas, squid and colorfull fish of every sort is not to shabby for neither me or Roger.
There's really nothing much to tell. It was amazing, relaxing and fun. Only drama we encountered was getting sick because of the waves, and me diving straight into coral-reef and cutting up my thighs, stomach and arm.
The pictures tell the story a thousand times better than my words could ever do..
