12.04.05 Woke up at 4am to some idiot throwing bottles of water out of their windows - sounded like the flippin building was coming down! The poor Korean girl in my room was scared to death! Anyway. Had to check out at 10am and flight wasn't till 4pm, so got a coffee and muffin which I enjoyed sitting on the Harbour looking over at the Opera House - ahhhh :) Then I went to the Oz Exp. office to try and sort out my itinerary - haven't got anywhere near enough days to do everything! Caught the train to the airport well ahead of schedule, so lots of waiting around again. Flew to Adelaide!! Got a shuttle bus from the airport to near the hostel - which is really nice compared to the last one! Then decided to treat myself to a Chinese takeaway (Chicken & sweet red pepper) which was delicious!! 13.04.05 Woke up a bit later today, although it's difficult to have any kind of lie-in when sharing a room! Went for a walk today into Adelaide Centre - ended up shopping at Rundle Mall : ) Retail therapy. You can't beat it!! Got some amazing bargains - a pair of cropped jeans and 3 tops for $21! (about a tenner!). Decided to go to the Botanical Gardens after, got a bit lost and ended up at the Wine Museum - OH NO!! Went for a walk around then sampled 4 wines (about 1/4 glass - d'oh!). Walked back just before the rain started - and before you start, it was gorgeous sunshine all day! Hee hee. 14.04.05 Decided to go to the beach today! Managed to find the tram station (even though I lost my map!) and took the trip down to Glenelg. Was lovely! Sand was really white. But then the clouds came over : ( Went around the shops for a bit, but they weren't great and the clouds got worse, so headed back to Adelaide. Went round the shops there for a bit then spent a while sorting stuff for tomorrow - start the bus tour!
