06.05.05 Woke up early to get the ferry today - was woken by sunrise over the sea coming through the window of our room - beautiful :) Got the ferry across and back on the bus again. Stopped briefly at Mission Beach before stopping again at a crocodile farm. Weather was pants - had to walk around with umbrellas, but crocs were pretty huge! Crazy guide sat on the back of one! 05.05.05 Cool date! Made it to Magnetic Island today - off the coast of Townsville. It's really pretty and the hostel is quite nice too! Shame we only get tonight here. Up at 6am tomorrow!

04.05.05 Job day at Airlie - went to doctors, only damaged ligaments, on anitbiotics for infected ankle! Walked around the centre in the sunshine, ate ice cream, sat by the lagoon... ahhh ; ) 03.05.05 Whitsundays boat trip! Amazing! Cruised to Whitehaven beach, beautiful white sand & bright blue water. 01.05.05 Bus to Dingo. Stopped at Raglan Tavern for lunch, drove for ages to the cattle ranch in Dingo & laughed at everyone doing line dancing! Obviously my injuries prevented me from taking part...!
