07.04.05 Drove to Kisumu this morning - had to be dropped off about 3, my flight was 6.45 - flew to Nairobi and got picked up by Sam. 26.03.05 Today was a very long day - had to get up at 5.45am for breakfast (fruit, cooked breakfast AND toast!) Saw some giraffes on the way to the airport! Check in was very quick. 25.03.05 I'm on my way! Don't really have many expectations about this whole trip - hard to imagine what's going to happen! Had a nice flight to Nairobi - got TVs in the backs of the seats! Watched BJD2 (nice). Terry met me at the airport and 'Sam' took us to his guesthouse 'Russam Villa' in Nairobi. Chatted for a while, but then got under my mosquito net and went quickly to sleep ready for the early start to Kisumu tomorrow!
