This is me with the dancing fountains in the background!
My Provence tour started this morning- there are 13 in the group and the mini bus holds 16, so we have plenty of room. 2 Canadians, 5 NZ and the rest are Aussies. They seem a friendly group- we have our first dinner tomorrow. We had lunch in Monaco, gelato in Monte Carlo and afternoon tea touring an amazing villa and garden at Villefranche. Spending the night in Nice again ( just watched the Australians in the World Cup lose) tomorrow we head around the area and spend the next 2 nights in Antibes. The only problem on the horizon is that the French rail service has been on strike for 10 days and at the end of the tour next week, I need to get from Marseille to Nice by train- but hopefully it will be over by then.
This is the first hotel I have stayed at that had NO English TV channel- so I am watching 'Friends' in French!!!!
