Enjoyed reading your blog and catching up - i have a vision of this bus with the sleepers being something like the midnight bus in HP - i guess they are both unpredictable and an experience maybe to be forgotten!! I am on leave this week and watching the kitchen take shape - they have just connected up the oven so i shall be able to cook again first time in about 5 weeks!! The highlight has to be meeting little Edward Arthur:)
Lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Dean and Katie
Gary phoned me to grass you up on your "death leap" and I thought Joanne had gone into labour...... nearly dropped my tea!!! I don't think they will allow little Arthur to go canyoning when he arrives...at least not for a good few years yet! Did I not say to you before you went travelling..No scooters and No Canyoning!!! All my love xxxx

Hi,
Just watched your video on you tube - awesome. I particularly enjoyed your death jump at the end Dean - staunch! (Not sure mum will be appreciating your work in the same way though.)
I must also admit that the beard is starting to look good on you and particularly suits your current lifestyle.
Katie - does Dean's beard anger you like when he grew the tash or are you okay with it?
Well it is 1 week until the baby is due. Jo is fed up of being pregnant now and is really looking forward to having the baby (although we are both a bit scared - I feel queezy every time Joanne starts talking me through various procedures - I'm being very careful where I stand on the big day!) I have been putting together a reasonable amount of flat pack furniture - crib / wardrobe / changing storage unit - and we are now pretty much ready for our little arrival. Every time Joanne makes a funny noise I think 'this is it' yet so far it's just been that she wants me to go and get her something.
It well and truly feels like winter now and is getting dark really early - you're missing nothing weather wise! Work is good although I am always very busy - better than being bored I suppose. Joanne is enjoying her time at home and has a tough regime of watching homes under the hammer, helicopter rescue, murder she wrote and other such daytime classics.
Will let you know as soon as there are any developments on the baby front. Keep having fun, don't do anything dangerous - but if you do, make sure you are wearing a thin plastic skid lid before leaping of a gorge into unknown plunge pools!
Love Gary and Joanne xxx

Hello hobo's!
Your blogs are awesome ! gives me something to read whilst pretending to do work !! Glad ur still having a blast. Dean the beard was immense and I gather from FB that it has now morphed into an upper lip wonder that my old man would be proud of. Well Done! Katie, good work on the international relations (£5 boat ride!) I take it Dean had to pay the big bucks. Laters. Ed

Hi Dean and Katie,
Reading the blog avidly, glad to see and hear that you are both having a great time. Photos are great, beard now looks as if it could be officially called a beard. Dean, don't go to watch Spurs as they were winning before you took in a game.
Love Dad and Mo.
