Today I tried to go to Alcatraz on a boat trip, however i got to the pier and the tickets were sold out until tomorrow (very popluar tour!) So I decided to go on a bay cruise, good decision. Golden Gate Bridge = AWESOME! Hey people. Today was my best day so far. Me and room mate Bill took a bus to the GGB...and what a sight it was. Absolutely amazing. As you can see Ive taken loads of pictures of it.Its so huge, i was reading some info on it, if you take a look at one of the pics it tells you some facts on the construction of it. The wire used in total would be enough to go round the whole world through the equator 3 times! thats 80,000 miles...woa...
