Gosh I am so excited today. Busch Gardens! I have never been on a roller coaster before and I can't wait to try it! But before we go to Busch Gardens, we have to visit Williamsburg.

Our first stop in Williamsburg was visiting the Old Governor Palace. When I stepped into the palace, the first thing I noticed was the ceiling. I compared my imagination to reality, and it was disappointing. There was no paints or anything on the ceiling. As the Governors Palace, I first thought it will be gorgeous everywhere since it's for only important Governors, but I was a little bit disappointed with the ceiling. But my attitude was challenged by the rest of the palace. Everything was well protected and there were lots of paintings and artworks. Also the rooms changed my feelings on how culture and people interact each other.

After seeing the palace, we went to the see how people make bricks to build the palace in the 1700s. The first thing I saw was two sections of clay on the ground. The director said those were the materials to build the bricks. The guy quickly grabbed some clay from the clay pot and put them in the molds. Later he used some of the tools to keep them in shape. And that was it. Less than ten seconds, two bricks were made. But they still have to heat it up until it is hard enough to build the Palace.

We also went to the wig shop in Williamsburg. I used to know nothing about wigs. Not after stepping into that shop. The owner of the shop explained to us that the wig culture back to the 1700s and 1800s. She also showed us few samples of the wigs' materials which we could feel the texture of the wig. It was a really fun experience.

The next stop was the cloth shop located beside the wig shop. The people inside the shop dressed up like the people back to the 1700s and 1800s. One of the worker told us that the original set of cloth has 12 layers of different cloth. Each layer has its own purpose. They also said that they still offer the services of making those cloth if u are willing to buy one, which is awesome because the culture had passed on after 300 years

Then we went to the blacksmith where they used to make weapons in the 1700s. It was extremely hot in there because of the fire. I could see the workers inside the blacksmith were sweating. They showed us how to heat up the metals and hammer them in shape. I also got this unique opportunity to hold the guns with the same model as the guns they used in the Revolutionary War, which was awesome!

It was really fun checking out the stuff I have never seen before, however, I'm glad that the culture was saved and protected carefully by the people. With the continuity of culture, there will be more and more opportunities in the future for us.

And then we went to Busch Gardens! What else could we do besides having fun! No more history, no more thinking! Yeah! It was my first time riding the roller coaster, and it was really really fun!

Sadly, tomorrow is the last day of our tour, and I sure will miss the roller coasters, and of course, everything else.
