We left Ko Chang yesterday for a very long day trip to Siem Reap in Cambodia which took over 12 hours and most of it on a very bumpy road and every 5 minutes, he was honking his horn. We got told that the Camboidan money had a better exchange rate than USD and no ATMs in Siem Reap but what a load of b******s and we worked afterwards, USD is better and he took about GBP40 comission off us. We left Koh Samui on Saturday 3rd Jan to make our long 10 hour trip by boat and bus to Ko Phi Phi. I must say, it was well worth the trip. Spent the 1st night in Bangkok. Car drivers are crazy here. They drive down the middle of the road rather than in lanes and seem to have their own rules. It did make me laugh!! and then flew to koh Samui on 28th Dec. Got a speedboat directly to Koh Pha - Ngnan and got a cheap bungalow right next to the full moon party on sunrise beach for 8.00 per night.
