Well after a few days in Perth we headed south on a three day tour. Our first stop was Banbury where we went to a dolphin discovery centre. The dolphins didn't want to come and play so we didn't see any!!We then drove through Busselton on the way to Yallingup where we spotted surfers. After that we drove to canal rocks to watch the waves crash against them. We also visited a wineary and achocolate factory. We stayed the night at Margaret river and went out for fish and chips. we then ended up playing killer pool. don't worry it's not dangerous.
The next day we went to Cape Leeuwin, this is where the southern and indian oceans meet. Our next stop was a huge gloucester tree that you can climb up if you really wish, well done the people that climbed it. You can also feed the parrots, that is the better option I think. We then drove to the valley of the giants which is a steel walkway among the treetops. we then walked on the ground among the tingle trees which are hollow and you can walk through them. After that we went to thr green pools and elephant rocks whch are rocks shaped like an elephant. We stayed the night in Albany and went to pub where it was ladies night. The only problem was the pub was like sherrys, for those people who don't know what sherrys is like, lucky you!!
Our last day down south!! We started off by visiting the blowholes, the water really shoots up with force. Next we went to see gap and the natural bridge, two natural rock formations. We then climbed a small mountain to get a good view of king georges sound. We then had a really long drive to Mt barker and we visited another wineary. It was then a long drive back to Perth.Â
