Hello all!! Greetings from wanaka! Well unfortunaly I didn't get to go on the heli-hike as we had some bad cloud and rain!! Rachel did her hike up the franz Josef glacier and she is very tired! We then went out to the local pub to catch up with everyone from the previous bus we were on. After a good night out we got up early and headed for wanaka. It's a lovely little town right by a huge lake so we have decided to saty an extra night here. Now it might not sound like much but our room has it's own bathroom complete with bath! simple things please simple minds!! While in Wanaka Laura (a girl who we have met on our travels) saw an leaflet for senic flights over mt aspiring (near wanaka) so me and her decided to ring up and go on one as our heli-hike had been cancelled. They told us that for no extra charge we could fly out to mt cook and see the franz josef and fox glaciers!! The view was amazing and we were in the air for aout 9omins. The next day we visited a place called puzzle world, it was great they had a huge maze and loads of puzzles for you to work out. They even had different rooms one that lookeed like it got smaller the further you went in and and a sloping room which you thought you were going to fall over in.
