Hi everyone! As you know we have arrived in Sydney in Oz. We are staying in Manly right near the beach at the moment. The weather hasnt been great since we got here, cloudy but still hot and even rain a couple of days. Today was really hot and sunny though so we have been on the beach sunbathing all day topping up our tans before we go south to Melbourne and Tasmania.

Our first few nights we stayed in the centre of Sydney city just a few minutes walk from the harbour bridge and the opera house. On saturday night we went out for st paddys day with some friends we'd met in NZ off the kiwi bus. We ended up in a nightclub near the harbour it was a really good night.

On the sunday it was the 75th birthday of the harbour bridge and there were celebrations going on all day. We joined in and there was live music and different acts doing different things all day. When it got dark they lit up the bridge in loads of different colours. It was a really good day.

We visited Sydney aquarium in Darling Harbour. That was really good as you can go underground in walkways to see all the fish and the sharks. They swim really close right over your head!

We're going to Melbourne tomorrow on the night bus so 12 hours later we should be there!! We're staying there for a few days then going to Tasmania for a week and doing a tour around the island.
