Early start to go to the ferry on a tuk tuk. Took a couple of hours to get to stone town and then we went on a spice tour. Ate far too much food and smelt and tasted loads of spices. Then we went to watch a man known as the butterfly climb a coconut tree 20m high. We all got to try I got about half a metre up and me feet had loads of cuts so came down. Woke up and went on a tour of dar es salaam. Rate dump, then played football against a load of Africans on the beach and beat them 2-0. I scored the second. Then went to an all African bar to watch Liverpool demolish arsenal 5-1. Rate nice.

Woke up at 4 and set off at 5 for about a 12 hour drive day to dar es salaam. Rate long day. Went for a swim in the sea when we got there. Rate nice. Supped some beers at night.

Early start again and me Liam Stefan and Andy hiked for an hour through rainforest to this beautiful waterfall. Like paradise. Went for a swim even though it was rate cold. Rate nice. Got back to the campsite to find tom and Siobhan were both at hospital. Standard. None had malaria though so all good. Had some snap then drove to in the afternoon. Got to zebra camp and went kayaking up the river with Liam. Found out after there were crocs there. Rate awk.

Felt a bit rough this morning. Set off into Arusha to get supplies and then travelled to marangu, a starting point for a different route up kili. When we arrived jumped straight into the insect filled pool and chilled out. Had some snap then team schomak had to clean the truck. Went to the bar for a beer.
