Day of visiting hospitals. First went to mossel bay hospital to have me head looked at. After a long wait the doctor referred meto a hospital in George to get a scan. So we drove there and after a lot of faf getting me registered I had a ct scan. Bit worried but the results came back fine and I just got some painkillers. So we drove to knysna and stayed at a nice hostel. At night we went out for half price pizza which was rate nice.

Went out for breakfast and then set off to mossel bay. On the way we stopped at the southern most point of Africa where the Atlantic and Indian oceans meet. Then we saw another lighthouse and drove all afternoon. Stayed in a hostel which was a converted train on the beach. Pretty squashed and not the best nights sleep bit a cool place.

Got up early and had a walk with lieke as it was here last day. Then drove up to signal hill to have a look over the city and saw some para gliders taking off. We then went to the airport to drop lieke off. Was rate sad saying goodbye. Then went to stellenbosch (wine country). We went to a champagne tasting and then to a brewery to have a tour and try their beer. Rate nice. Then went to the hostel and went out for tea and another pint before going to bed.

Got up and went to pick up our hire car. Rate nice. Andy b drove first and we stopped at sandy bay. We then stopped et a few viewpoints then headed to a lighthouse (covered in scaffolding) for lunch. Then drove down to cape point and got a train to the top in order to get a rate nice view. Then walked down and drove to Cape of good hope (the most south westerly point in Africa).
