The last couple days have been great!

Yesterday was spent at Karon Beach. So beautiful! We managed to avoid the looming clouds on the northern end of the beach and walk a few kms to the south side. We explored the high-end bungalows of The Marina Phuket Resort, which were located on a steep hill overloking the beach. Swimming is limited on the beach due to strong rip currents, but we were lucky enough to have a small section to splash around in. The water is so clear! We had lunch at the Hungry Corner, but we didn't get the large Pad Thai platter we were looking for. A tad disappointing.

Today was AWESOME! We just got back from a 2hour elephant trek in the hills of Chalong with Siam Adventures/ Conservation. I won't spoil all the stories, but we had the best guide ever. Let's just say he kept us laughing by continuously inserting wildlife into his mouth??? Haha. We have videos?? But don't worry they are G-rated.

Tomorrow we are heading off to Koh Phi Phi to snorkel and dive. We'll keep you posted!
