Flew through all our last destinations in south america to make our flight to mexico. i got random bag search after colombia - mexico flight and the guy opened up my bag to lots of white powder. nearly had a heart attack cause didnt think he would believe was only talcum powder. after about 3 of them got their gloves covered in the stuff and sniffed it about a hundred times decided i was ok and could get in, whilst pissing themselves at me too.

mexico was cool had few days on the beach and went for first sit in diner in ages and was awesome. flew to LA on darrens birthday and headed to irish pub and after a while he wasnt aloud any more drink so says successful haha!

been staying at my friends house at usc campus and 12 people live here so is mental. not really done touristy thing here yet cause been hunting for van and getting insurance and things sorted. bought a 1976 chevy van for $800 and turned it into our wee mobile home its beautiful. we're heading towards san francisco tonight so that will be test of how good it drives and what will be like sleeping and cooking in it too but so excited.

officially last leg of our trip and we're coming home 3rd of June so get the banners ready ;-)
