The first day of the tour was mostly a driving day, leaving Colorado and heading into Wyoming. We were on the road for over 6 hours before we got to Sinks Canyon and stopped to see a river that disappears into a mountain then comes back out a quarter of a mile down the canyon. I have spent the last 3 days in the little surf town of Mount Maunganui. It's a really chilled out place and the weather has been pretty good, so I've been making the most of having a couple of days at the beach, topping up my tan.
