We drove back to Sydney for the second time. It took us a liitle more effort getting to where we were going and after an unscheduled journey across the harbour bridge we made it to my friend and Diving buddy, Mark's house. We drove solidly for a day and made it to Port Mac where we camped for the night. The next day we cruised up to Byron bay and checked in to a hostel. Much needed after the last few days of roughing it. Byron bay was an awesome little chill out zone. There wasn't any surf but the weather was fantastic. It was a beautiful little town. Next day we hit the road again.

Our first stop was the Blue mountains. We went to a small town called Katoomba. The mountains and scenery was amazing. The best way to see things was by the scenic cable car network. It was quite breath taking. The only problem was the nights. Whilst the days were lovely and sunny, the minute the sun went down it got bleeding freesing. The time has come for the adventurers to awaken from their slumber! We've pretty much spent all our money living in Sydney for the last two months so we must go and seek work and adventure! Things have slowed down a lot recently. Hence the rather large gap since I last updated. Em and I have moved in to an apartment with two other couples. Believe it or not, it is actually cheaper than staying in the hostel! It's pretty awesmoe too.
