Hey, today was manic in a good way- I basically saw most of Singapore in a day- me, suzanne, bhavna and may walked from the hostel to Little India, then spent a couple of hours going all around Little India, checking out all the malls (so nice- we loved the thousands of designer watches, and looked through stacks of Indian fabric and sarongs. I love the weather here- its hot and humid, reminds of Egypt where I used to live. It smells tropical and the city is quit...

Hey, Im in Singapore at the mo, getting here was pretty interesting- luckily didnt miss my flight from the UK despite the heavy snow on the roads and the motorways were touch and go...or touch and skid about a bit. The plane flight was fine Qantas are brill, kept giving me loads of food, wine and I watched movies etc. I was quite lucky cus the girl sat next to me moved seats so I lay down across two seats and managed to sleep for about an hour.
