We'd planned to go to the Grand Canyon today but decided to drive to Vegas instead. So Dan, Nic, Madisson and I set off this morning and got to there about 1pm. There was a storm last night, we all stood outside and watched sheet lightening flashing across the desert sky then the torrential rain that followed. It was fab. All 6 of us went for a picnic this evening on the man made beach on the shores of Lake Havasu, until we were attcked by a swarm of spooky white flies! So we moved further in and chilled out on the grass while Madisson ran around.
