Wow 2 entrys in one week and photos as well!!!

As you can see we are now in Melbourne the van is back on the road and we are holding our breath and hopeing nothing else goes wrong!

We got to Melbourne yesterday and as of yet have not looked around a lot so far though i much prefer sydney but i will wait to pass judgement till we have had a good look around. On the way to melbourne we stoped at Philip island which is a nice little island with a bridge connecting so no ferry trip over. we just stayed there for a day and a night and it was all about wildlife!! First we went to see a koala conservation park its basically a tree top walk and there are quite a few koalas in the trees so you get a good look at them. These are the first once we have sean and they are bigger than i thought with a really cute face. unfortunatly not every one was as well behaved as you would hope and a few people tried to touch them and got a bit to close people don't seam to care that they are wild animals!

After the koalas we went to see the penguins they come in from the sea every night and go into there burrows. the pengins are the littleist penguins in the world and only about 8inchs tall they are very very cute. Yet again though people just don't know how to behave and although they had a no photo rule people were trying to take photos and some of them wouldn't lissten no matter how many times they were told to put it away! There were kids screaming and shouting and on the whole it was a bit of a disapointment. When we saw the turtles nesting you felt like the money from the ticket was really helping them and that the place did a lot of good. But the penguins just made me feel like we had exployted them there were at least 300 people there it was more like a football match than anything else!

Tommorrow it is more tours we are going on a neighbours tour!!!! I carn't wait and you even get to meet some of the stars i just hope i'm not as star struck as i was when i met Kevin Keagen and i manage to speak to them!!!
