Went on a small tour round Angkor today at the temples they are stunning!! And we haven't even done the main Angkor wat yet. Doing that tomorrow. The detail they have out into the building is surreal the work it must of taken to make them can't imagine how they would of done it. Went on a day trip round siem reap today started at the land mine museum. Founded by a man who was forced to kill his own people by the kumer rouge during the civil war in Cambodia was given his first gun at 10 years old and planted mines all over Cambodia. As he got older he managed to leave the kumer rouge and went out on his own and collected loads of mines and deactivated them himself he then set up the museum to show people what damage they caused an he also...

So we are finally leaving sinvillle (as the locals like to call it) I've had the best time great place to start my travels. I've met some amazing people. Had bed bugs already!! Checked my bags I'm safe thank god. Got sunburnt and looked like lobster then the peeling started! But still had amazing nights out. Left the busy roads and dust filled air of the city down to the coast had the craziest first 3 nights on the beach strip of bars. Talked to all the locals and net new friends. So happy down here its beautiful the beaches everything. Octress beach one if the best in Asia sat in a hammock watching the sun set over the sea. Here for just under 3 weeks heading over to one of the islands in the next few days I'm sure it will be another paradise

Went to the killing fields such an emotional experience walked round crying my eyes out the whole time. So much cruelty cold blooded murder that happened and no one even knew about opened my eyes so much. Makes me appreciate everything I have even more so.
