So today was the day trip kayaking and tubing in the caves. Started by going to the caves. Got our rubber tubes and went in the caves which where so dark we where given head torches was a bit freaked out at first as I'm not good with water and what's in it but there wasn't anything part from a tour guide swimming around us. We had to follow a rope that took us further in the cave. The crystals on the rocks were so beautiful wish it was light enough for pictures.
We had a lunch after that fed the fish with most of mine wasn't really hungry too hot for me to eat a meal at that time.
We then got back in the tuk tuk for the bumpy ride to start the kayaking.
Me and Robyn had never done it before and we now know why hahaha tarted by smashing straight into two bushes and trees. Which because I was at the front it was me who got all the beasties on me!! Screaming because there as a spider on my hat and catapillers all over the kayak. We also managed to get wedges on a rock in the middle of the river. How? We don't know. Stopped off at one of the tubing bars and had a drink which helped us because after that we where on a role and in the bed came in second :)
We also met a cow on the way back from the caves who was standing in the track and wouldn't let us pass this amused us more then anything. We named her Dora the explorer :) and got a couple of pictures of course. She was lovely :)) reminded us of a jersey cow but skinnier. All in all been a great day with more extreme sports to keep us fit. Arm are going to hurt in the morning.
Next stop Vietnam :)) but heading to the south skipping the north due to the weather from the typhoon. I will go back and do it another time I'm sure.
