Friday 16th May - This morning we completed a guided tour of Milan together with Joe. This was amazing taking in all the major sites in Milan including a fairly rare chance to see Michealangelo's "The Last Supper" which you have to generally book many months ahead. Kaye left us in Milan to spend a few days with Joe before flying to the States for work. Helen and Lynda then drove to Verona - made famous with Romeo & Julliet's balcony.

Friday 2nd May - Dallas' birthday. Dallas and Eric set off today with Alan to drive to Lands End from Poole to start their ride. They travelled 20kms and are hoping to put in a full day on Saturday 3rd. When they arrived in Poole Dallas and Erice went out for a test ride - 30kms - which went well except Eric broke a wheel with his foot and had to buy a new one. Helen and myself spent all morning droolign over the beautiful displays at Harrods. We also had coffee and cake in Harrods. This afternoon we are off to see the musical Billy Elliott
