This morning started with a sleep in and plenty of free time to enjoy the morning, have breakfast, and pack up our things ready for the journey home.

We left the hotel at 10:30am and headed to the Siem Reap international airport and said goodbye to our tour guide Hang, and began the slow process of checking in and going through customs and security. We got to the plane just in time to board and settle into the plane and watch a movie on the flight to Malaysia.

We arrived into Kuala Lumpur and all met up for a brief chat before heading our own ways to explore the airport and make the most of the 5 hours we had there before we got into the plane to head back to Auckland. We had a relaxing time in the airport, looking around shops, getting food and sitting down and talking. At 10pm we left Kuala Lumpur and headed off on the 9 1/2 hour flight back to Auckland.
