A short one cause got in late after travelling all day. We have country hopped into Rio de janeiro in Brazil. It took us all day. We flew from La Paz to Santa Cruz where we eventually went through immigration and officially checked out of Bolivia. Then flew from Santa Cruz to Sao Paulo Brazil and officially checked into Brazil. Then a few hours later finally flew to Rio de janeiro. This place is a breath of fresh air!! After travelling for the last three weeks or so through mostly very old city's and on roads in the country that are in bad condition etc it was excellent to be picked up at the airport and have travelled on beautiful roads/freeways skirting the city on the way to our hotel by the water. We have a waterfront room on the 15th floor and it's amazing. The bed here is the biggest we have ever seen it's maybe two kings put together. I will upload some pic's soon.

Well that's it for tonight need to get some sleep, we have been awake since 3am and have a full day for tomorrow..love to all .....A.
