Cheers for taking the time to have a read....are you really that bored? Anyway, I'm writing this as a future record of what I hope will be a fantastic trip. Just to have the opportunity of taking 3 months off not having to get up and go to work everyday etc. is great in itself and I'm experiencing feelings of both excitement and apprehension - like a visit to the Taste of Bengal really. Annette has been filling me in on all your news. I'm delighted your having such a brilliant time. I am however concerned about your picture titled "Vang Viang"!!!!! When Annette goes over to visit you............ Please under no circumstances should she be anywhere near cattle. For her own safety and yours. She use to ride the cows bare back backwards when we were children. You might think i'm messin but i'm deadly serious. She has bought a lassue... (bad spelling), cowboy hat and spurrs. I'm not sure if that's for you or the cattle though. But either way she needs constant supervision. I'm currently keeping a watchful eye on Pierce for you, he's lovin his new kinky boots.

Very big, strange vegetables need boiling till white, then covering in hot sweet chili sauce. Not very nice, but well cheap !
