Hey there, we flew into luang prabang on sun or mon i forget now! which was really nice but quite small so we got the bus to vang vieng on tues which is really strange place they play friends re-runs in all the bars!! continuously and in one place they play family guy!! random! it is very small and the main attraction is tubing where you hire a rubber tube and float doan the river all day stopping at each bar on the way down, unfortunately i discovered the bars have "special" menus the night before and i was still completely out of it on weds so i missed out but apparently it was amazing!

then yesterday we travelled down to vientianne which is much more of a city, they even hve a bowling alley which will be sampled before we leave! met some fascinating people here last night who kept me entertained! booked a bus for sun night to take us to vietnam gonna start in Hue it is a mere 20hr bus ride! wish me luck!! def in need of some luxury so gonna book into a hotel for first couple of nights in vietnam, forgotten what its like to smell nice!! i'll check back in when in vietnam Vic xxxxxxxxx
