Hiya, love the photos, but firmly believe its the content and not the photographer - especially when Jenny is in the shot!

Hi Jen & Craig
Am loving reading about your adventures in South America - sorry its taken so long to leave a message!
Looks like you're having a fab time - you are going to come back aren't you?!
Hope to see you when you get home (I'll be in Kelso the first 2 weeks of april) so hopefully our paths should cross!
Have fun!

Hi Craig and Jenny hope you are well. I have been studying up on your planned visits to improve my poor command of geography and as a result have just finished reading Alexander Solzhenitsyn's Galapagos Archipelago. It all sounds very cold and bleak for a holiday destination with very little food. Suggest you take plenty of sandwiches. Further reading suggests marmalade sandwiches are best for any long trip from Peru. Hope this is useful.
Mairi; as our resident expert can you confirm I have typed Solzhenitsyn correctly as spell-check came up with sausages.

Hi Jen and Craig, hope the journey on the night bus was not too bad. I look forward to hearing where you go next. Mairi is coming home this weekend and I will encourage her to write another perfectly typed message to you both. Lots of love, X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X

Hello! I am going to type very carefully and see what happens! I am in the library Jen, as per normal! I am working hard so I will be free in the Easter Holidays when you get back xxx

I stand corrected mum Jean. I have spoken to the supplier of Frioli's and Capybara does in fact form the basis of all their take away meals. A copy of Antony Worrall Thompson's Coypu Canapes is in the post by way of an apology and I promise not to mention any rodents ever again.
Mairi; how are the typing lessons going.
Roddy
Sorry mum Jean but it is either a cooked guinea pig or a special fish supper from Frioli's chip shop in Hamilton, both of which look and taste the same. Is it the Andean Condor that carries off the young Dalai Llama or am I getting confused again
Great photos guys keep them coming as it cheers up the winter nights in Yetholm. Most impressed with the artistic efforts Craig you obviously share Daniels talents but with a higher work rate.
Mum(Jean)
Regarding the guessing competition in the photographs, and since I have promised never to mention a certain 4 legged animal, I am going to go for it being a capybara instead as it does look a bit larger than the unmentionable one. It certainly looks like some sort of animal. The other photos are amazing. How did you get so close to the Andean condors? They do not strike me as the sort of creature Jen would be comfortable with. Can't they carry off a young llama? Love the pelicans, again amazed you can get so close to them in the water. Thank you for sending them all. Lots of love X X X X X X X X

Hey Jenny, glad the hotel worked out and that you had a special Valentine night.Hope Craig pushed the boat out and treated you to guinea pig thermadore and some proper fresh orange juice. Goes without saying you had champagne...............Love Dad

Hi, Jenny and Craig, can I be the first one to officially wish you a happy Valentine's Day tomorrow. Perhaps it is just another day in Peru, but I thought I'd wish you one anyway. Lots of love X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X
I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of the penguins.
