Buon giorno! If you're still in Italy when you get this message, be sure to try the appetizer made of zucchini blossoms stuffed with cheese...zucca di ??? (Order without anchovies.) And it goes without saying to eat gelato everyday. If you have time, one of our favorite side trips from Rome was to Ostia Antica. It's quicker & cheaper than heading to Pompeii.
