Hey guys! Hope your first week went well. I'm sure you're still feeling overwhelmed, but hopefully, a little bit more at ease too. You are missed.
Kate (& Jono)
Hi guys! I was just saying, "I wonder how michaela and joel are doing?", and jono said, "well, check their blog", "blog", I say, "what blog?". And here we are. The Scooter is doing well. He's a cutie, and has taken up residence in our front window when he is not busy coating our favorite chair in cat fur. He seems to think he is dying of hunger at all hours of the day, but we are trying to resist those little cries so that he doesn't weigh ten million pounds when you get home. :)
We think of you often. Keep well.
Kate

Hellooo to you! I'm so glad to hear that you've arrived safe and sound. I can't believe that you're there already, time sure does fly. My parents send their love too and all of us are so excited for your great adventure. Be safe and can't wait to hear more about your trip! Lots of love, Sara xo!
Laura
Yayyyyy!! You made it. I'm the last one to post something...meh, whatareyagonnado. I have your Lesotho calendar hung up at work, so I look at it and wonder what you two are up to at that particular moment. I'll keep this short because by teh time you see this, you'll have tons of messages to read. Sarah's right, no one likes salt in their eyes. No petting, just view them from a safe distance...WITH BINOCULARS!!!!
Luv, Laura
Pat

Hi there,
Take care of each other and come back safe.
You will be happy to know that the Globe and Mail actually had an article about Lesotho and the current problems with AIDS/HIV.
Brennen
Welcome to Southern Africa! Remember to look right then left when crossing a street.. We'll be in the Northern Drakensburg this Easter and will probably hike across to Lesotho. I'll look for your pasty white faces from the top of a mountain... If you make it to Joburg, we'll bring you to the Lion and Rhino park where, for an additional C$2, you can pet lion, leopard and -strangely enough- tiger cubs.
Let me know if you need anything.

Hi guys,
Sounds wonderful...even the plumbing!! I am working on the Greece trip with 28 students. 3 fundraising groups are getting reved up for a long haul. I will keep you posted. Caley, I hope you have talked to Joel abt going as a chaperone...if not you may have to now.
Hope you are doing your diary thing and getting lots of pics to edit later.
Supper time here and that is the time I have set aside to think abt you both and the work you will be doing.

Hey guys!
Glad to hear you made it safe and sound. I wasn't too sure when we'd get an update from you! Enjoy your "down" time now because you'll soon be hard at work. I'm looking forward to you next update. A+
