Wegot the bus across to santiago instead of catching our flight which was supposed to be 2 weeks earlier, we skipped it as we heard on the travellers grapevine that it has a high living cost compared to the rest of south america! so We took in more of Argentina and gave ourselves enough time to take in Santiago but unfortunately couldnt see any more of chile, mabe later on in life with a bigger budget!

We took some time to get to know the cafe culture very well, and generally relaxed before the all out adventure ahead in Peru! The weather was much to be desired, basically santiago is surrounded with the Andes mountain range and it held the fog and smog and drizzle very well, still we made the most of our time with trips to the park and some culteral visits to some fancy museums and art galleries. Not much to repert on this one but stay tuned Peru is next !
