So after a few more days in Chirstchurch we left for Australia..We were both very sad to leave new zealand.. mainly because we absolutely loved the place and it also reminded us there was another part of our trip over..!

So we all cramped on the airport shuttle mini-bus and we were there before we knew it! time to check in..! wishing we were told before we left the uk that good old Qantas airlines had bought out other crappy airlines meaning all of our flights we transferred to wait for it.... JET-STAR! come on... sounds fake doesnt it!!??hahahah

After our first flight which took us to Melbourne we had just enough time to eat a 'Hungry Jacks' which is a cross between Mcdonalds and Wimpy! but very cheap..get in! time to board our 2nd flight of the day to Perth.. both quite tired at this point!

so... we land in perth at around 9.40pm, grabbed our luggage and enquired about a shuttle bus to the hostel.. the woman at the information desk told us that shuttles dont run this late and we would have to get a cab.great more expensive...but as we wandered outside we saw a guy behind a board saying shuttle bus.. yay!!! ..booked on with him and he said wait over by this bus it may be 15-30 mins before we leave.

well, 20 mins later.. Lisa decided to get paranoid and thought it looked pretty much like an episode of 'The Real Hustle' and thought he would take off with our money!

luckily it wasnt, but we did wait a further 25 mins before we boarded with a few others and then the driver jumped on.. at last ! or NOT..hahah the bus wouldnt turn over.. seriously.. tired girls on a broken bus! the driver got on his radio and then made 2 guys push the bus as he started it. After a few attempts the engine started.. thank the lord!

but we werent home and dry until everyone of the other 10 passengers had been dropped off before us..haha..grateful to be in our hostel and waiting in line to check in ..suddenly girls started screaming and pointing to a guant cockroach! nice welcome from the billabong hostel in perth..! haha we just laughed because you know .. it is what happens in our world.. teehee

after getting past the guy on reception who was, lets say challenged in the communication department...we finally got to our room..! wow! now all we had to do was make our own beds and sleep! good night..

oh and without being too harsh we would quite like to be back in new zealand!!
