Helloo! Were in Hong Kong sat in a cafe having brekkie on our last day. Yes, that means they let us through security! Lol. Yesterday was a crazy day! Were staying in a really really nice hotel outside of the city with a free bus into the centre of Kowloon. We packed most of Hong Kong in one day I think! Started with Kowloon shopping centre-Chanel,. Fendi and D&G - standard traveller shops! Took the star ferry over to Hong Kong island and got the peak tram to the top of the peak! Incredible views and a pretty steep incline. Walked through hours of building works :o to finally arrive at hong kong's conference and exhibition centre, inclusive of a very strange bird tamer?? Then we braved the metro back to central station and caught a ferry to Lantau island and a bus-stressful! but well worth it to see the giant buddah and buddhist monastry-cats thinking of converting! Grabbed a real and yummy chinese meal back at Kowloon before a bottle of wine in bed-Nice! Hope its ok at home-will be heading to sunny Perth this evening!
