Seven sleeps to go and we are starting to get excited about our trip. It has been a long time coming since we originally had the idea. After many false starts we are finally going.
Had our vaccinations last week. The needle was nowhere near as painful as the $600 to protect the family from the evils of various nasty tropical diseases such as yellow fever and hep A. Not a hard choice really - $600 vs the chance of contacting some horrible disease.
Visas are done so now it is time to pack.
