Had another morning Thai Chi session with 2 Emma's, Siri & Heidi. Different teacher but all good. Hired a tandem to Chaolong & stayed over nght at Outside Inn. Was shown around a market to see what ingredients we would be using in our cookery lesson. It was a bit of a shock to see live turtlesm fish, chickens, geese, snake & DOG. FREE DAY!!! Had a wonder around this pretty town. Got some lovely pics of the place (streets, rivers). Had lunch with Emma, Neil & baby Emma by the water. At 4oC a couple of us did a 1hr Thai Chi lesson in the park. Loved it so much that we renooked for the next morning. That evening we saw a lovely light show that was set in the mountains by a lake. Arrived at Guilin after a good train journey. Got a bus to Yangshuo. A gorgeous place with beautiful shops, places to eat, scenery. Stayed at Fawlty Towers!!!!! Would love to come back in the summer. Felt a bit ill that night so stayed in while everyone else went out inc Emma. She payed for it the next day and i heard her in the middle of the night!!!

Boring and lazy day. Nothing to report really. Spent most of it on a train again travelling to Guilin and it took 23 hrs. Better than walking or a bus i guess!! x

After a late one we were woken up at 12 by baby Emma & Neil at the door. We arranged to go and have brunch in the hight street and found a great place. Went onto the internet again but got nowhere as it was so slow. Met everyone back at the hotel lobby for 6.30 to go and see an acrobat show. Really good. Took videos and pics. Everyone was still buzzing from the night before. I was happy as they payed MC Hammer. Lazy but good day. Dinner was a little dicky!...
