Had another morning Thai Chi session with 2 Emma's, Siri & Heidi. Different teacher but all good. Hired a tandem to Chaolong & stayed over nght at Outside Inn. Was shown around a market to see what ingredients we would be using in our cookery lesson. It was a bit of a shock to see live turtlesm fish, chickens, geese, snake & DOG. They were in cages ready to be chosen & killed in the market. It was only 1 breed of dog but Emma got a little upset and the small was too much so we made a sharp exit.

On the cooking lesson we made 5 different dishes and ate them all 1 after the other. Some i liked and others were not to be made or eaten again!!
