Monday morning was an early start for a private transfer bus to a place called Simitai, the steepest length along the Great Wall. We were really excited, though a little apprehensive of our fitness for trekking.... knowing it was the hardest part to walk along. Saturday was one of our free days, but with the group, so we opted to take a guided tour around the Forbidden City and Tian'amen Square.
